2025 has been one of the wildest years for crypto traders. We’ve seen Bitcoin (BTC) making all-time highs and meme coins making people overnight millionaires.

On the flipside, we’ve also seen bearish market trends in early November. There’s no doubt that millions of traders were liquidated this year. But we cannot ignore that the crypto market has been a money-printing machine in 2025.

Nonetheless, equipped with one of the high-speed internet providers, TradingView, and a top crypto exchange offering several technical tools, I’ve successfully caught almost all the highs and lows of the market.

Given how the crypto market has performed this year, 2026 is going to be fun, for sure. And here, I’ll make some wild predictions about some famous cryptocurrencies, including BTC, Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Ripple (XRP), and Cardano (ADA).

So, without further ado, let’s start:

Bitcoin

The largest cryptocurrency in the world experienced a wild dip in November 2025. While most traders were expecting it to make another all-time high, its price was reduced to around $90,000.

The exact reasons for the Bitcoin’s fall are widely speculated. However, I do believe that investors with massive investments are closing their positions to secure insane profits. And, directly setting a tone for the bearish trend to wipe out BTC’s gains over the last few months.

However, that doesn’t mean that BTC won’t bounce back in 2026. I firmly believe that BTC has the potential to make an all-time high in the first few months of 2026.

Other than this, BTC’s fourthhalving took place in 2024. Historically, BTC halving has always surged its price. And, while we’ve already witnessed BTC crossing the $125,000 mark in 2025, we’re yet to witness if it will make another spike and set the bullish tone for 2026.

Also, while it is not financial advice, do expect the same volatility from BTC and other major cryptocurrencies in 2026, and invest accordingly.

Ethereum

I rate this cryptocurrency as the future of blockchain technology. I’ve been heavily invested in ETH since the start of this year. And, made loads of money on my long positions when ETH peaked at $4,900.

Nonetheless, ETH has also nosedived in the recent bearish market trend. Though it has started to show recovery signs, ETH is still highly volatile and can go in either direction.

As far as 2026 is concerned, ETH should see a rising trend. There’s a bright chance that inflows of EFTs and institutional demand for ETH will increase in 2026. And, with BTC’s supply getting short by the day, ETH should become a feasible option for day traders as well.

Solana

SOL is one of the top-performing ALTs in recent years. Although SOL has been a highly volatile asset in recent years, its high transaction speeds and low costs make it one of the best cryptocurrencies.

SOL has seen massive volatility this year. It has seen a gradual, but significant jump from the $160s to the $240s, and then dropped again to below $150. Also, keep in mind that SOL is considered one of the biggest competitors of ETH.

While it might not be possible to manipulate its price or create fake supply and demand, I believe ETH’s rise can directly impact SOL in 2026. Also, while I might not be investing in SOL in the starting few months of 2026, this cryptocurrency has all the potential and community to skyrocket its price next year.

Ripple

The recent bearish trend has plummeted XRP prices to below $2.5. But historically, this cryptocurrency is one of the most consistent performers over the years, especially for traders with small capital.

I believe XRP only needs one ALT season to reach $5. Though it has hovered above $3 in 2025, XRP making an all-time high in the first few months of 2026 cannot be ruled out.

Other than this, XRP’s affordable price with huge potential makes it one of the most demanded assets currently offered by the crypto market. Besides day traders, it should be a hot prospect for financial institutions in 2026.

Also, while it’s unlikely, it’s a fact that small cryptocurrencies like XRP, such as Mantra (OM), have witnessed a humiliating rug pull in 2025. And, while OM might not recover to its glory ever again, I believe XRP’s fundamentals would effectively avoid such a grave situation.

Cardano

It is the only cryptocurrency in my Spot wallet. And, no, I didn’t buy it in the recent dip. I bought ADA back in 2021, and since then, I’ve been dollar-cost averaging (DCA) in every dump.

Honestly, I see massive potential in ADA. And, believed that 2025 would be its year. However, like most cryptocurrencies, ADA failed to save itself from the recent dump.

Nonetheless, I will keep ADA in my Spot wallet until it hits the $2 mark. Though it might not be possible in the early months of 2026, I’m confident that ADA can reach this price by the end of next year.

So, this is how I believe major cryptocurrencies will behave in 2026. Also, before I wind up, I’d suggest you don’t rule out another bear run.

The crypto market has seen high volatility in recent times, and thousands of traders have already been liquidated. So, plan your trades accordingly, and don’t forget to put a stop loss. Good luck!
